We had a wonderful experience with this apartment. My son stayed here for an extended period while getting settled in NYC. The studio was spacious, nicely renovated, very clean, and had a great kitchen with everything he needed for a longer stay. The location in the East Village was fantastic. There are so many great restaurants, coffee shops, and stores within easy walking distance, and the subway was convenient for getting anywhere else in the city. Pablo was a fantastic host. He was responsive, flexible, and very accommodating throughout the entire stay. He was easy to communicate with and genuinely helpful in answering questions. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment and would absolutely recommend it.

really glad I stayed here the apartment is exactly what I'd want in a remodeled east village walk up. the heater was very good with the cold. the washer/dryer combo makes this place a real find. I only had one issue with a leak but Pablo responded and fixed it immediately. would definitely stay again. .

I had an amazing stay at Pablo’s place! The apartment is exactly as described — cozy, clean, and perfectly set up for comfortable tiny living in the heart of Manhattan. The location is unbeatable: quiet enough to relax, yet steps away from great food, parks, cafés, and everything that makes the East Village special. Check-in with the keypad was smooth and easy, and Pablo was an exceptional host — responsive, kind, and thoughtful throughout my stay. Traveling with my dog was a breeze, and the building/neighborhood were both very pet-friendly. If you’re looking for a well-kept, safe, and perfectly located spot in NYC, this is it. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay over the Summer! Stayed for 3 months and any issues were resolved quickly. Pablo was a great host and the place was nice. In unit washer and dryer as well!

Thanks so much, I loved the apartment. Very quiet for Manhattan, even nice views of the One World Trade Center. The area towards Ave C is very nice, lively and - especially Alphabet City - feels like real New York. Loved the neighbors, some of them are super interesting and helpful. I will definitely come back!

O apartamento tinha tudo que precisávamos para uma estadia de um mês, foi confortável e tinha produtos e equipamentos para mantermos o apto limpo. A região é silenciosa e aconchegante, muitos comércios locais perto e restaurantes ótimos, recomendamos Ayat e Casa Adela que fica praticamente na esquina da rua. De todos os bairros que conhecemos por Manhattan essa região com certeza foi a que mais gostamos, metro fica a uma distância considerável a pé mas é muito gostoso caminhar pelas ruas olhando os comércios e o movimento do bairro, então definitivamente não foi uma dificuldade para nós. Ao chegarmos um dos vizinhos já nos ajudou com as malas e foram super receptivos e gentis. O hall de entrada e escadas estão com um aspecto de reforma mas não tivemos nenhum problema com isso.
